**Role overview**
We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join our Vario, Flexible Services team in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth. They will be rewarded with a challenging, varied role at the cutting-edge of change in the legal sector and a chance to be involved in the growth and development of a thriving business.
We've now reached a new stage in our development as we transition from 'start-up' to a maturing business. We are looking to recruit a new team member to support this growth.
Vario is unique in the legal sector. Now the fifth practice group at Pinsent Masons, Vario Flexible Services is a hub of self-employed lawyers carefully selected not just for their technical expertise but also for their ability to 'fit right in' and add value from day one. Our 'Varios' (as we call them) work on assignment for clients of PM, non-clients of PM and the firm itself. In doing so, they enhance the flexibility and focus of the organisations they join.
What is now the Vario Flexible Services offering was founded in February 2013, and since then has gone from strength-to-strength, with supply of high-quality lawyers and legal professionals with demand from clients increasing year on year.
**Key Responsibilities**
We've now reached a new stage in our development as we transition from 'start-up' to a maturing business. We are looking to recruit a new team member to support this growth. There is scope for a mid (Account Executive) within our small, focused, friendly team. Successful applicants will be rewarded with a challenging, varied role at the cutting-edge of change in the legal sector and a chance to be involved in the growth and development of a thriving business.
**Role requirements**
You will have experience of managing end to end recruitment processes, coupled with an understanding of the legal sector and an in-depth knowledge of the UK recruitment market. Previous experience of practising as a lawyer, business development professional or HR professional is desirable.
