**Contract extensions**: 1 x 12 months or conversion into a full time permanent position if

**Working arrangements**: Full Time Requirement: Initially 3 days onsite 2 days WFH, standard 7.5 hours per day, and 37.5 hours per week in total, with a view to work towards a 4 day WFH and 1 day onsite arrangement. Flexible Working Arrangements (including remote working arrangements) and will be assessed on a case by case basis.

**Salary**: $55000 - $66,000 + super + performance based bonuses

- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across various platforms.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and tracking key metrics.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus but not essential.
