**What You'll Do Every Day**:
As a Team Lead, Procure to Pay, you will be at the forefront of our procurement processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Executing procurement strategies, strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiating contracts, and managing key supplier relationships.
Collaborating with stakeholders and budget owners to devise spending strategies that drive strategic sourcing initiatives and optimize business spend.
Providing coaching and mentoring to staff responsible for procurement to pay functions.
Developing and updating dashboards with procurement trends and KPIs for management reporting.
Enhancing user procurement knowledge through system maintenance, with a focus on platforms like NetSuite, Tipalti, and Expensify.
**What We're Looking For**:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end procure-to-pay processes.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders and suppliers.
Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-service oriented with a team-player attitude.
**Desired Qualifications**:
While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be highly beneficial:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, international business studies, or related field.
Experience in supporting strategic sourcing initiatives and contract negotiation skills.
Familiarity with NetSuite, Tipalti, Expensify, and Jira service desk.
Previous experience in managing a team of two or more.
