**ABOUT THE JOB**
Reporting into the Financial Coordinator, the Accounts Administrator will play a critical role in the Accounts team by providing support across the Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable function, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing the Accounts inbox and attending to other ad-hoc tasks.
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
The main responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the management of the accounts inbox, answering queries in a timely manner
- Raise customer invoices ensuring correct revenue recognition and accuracy when processing, particularly with client invoices, allocating to the correct Project/ Purchase Order/ Cost Code/Amount
- Process Invoices by seek approval prior to processing
- Prepare creditor payment runs - 2 payments per month
- Follow up on subcontractors for missing documentation which is required with all invoices
- Chase up outstanding customer invoices as per payment terms
- Set up new trade accounts with new suppliers as required
- Other ad-hoc admin duties as needed

**WHAT YOU NEED**
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Tertiary Qualification in Accounting/ Finance
- 3-5 years’ experience in Finance, particularly with end-to-end AP/AR
- Previous experience using XERO
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to multitask, and be well organised
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Maintain a neat and tidy professional appearance Professional, dependable, and trustworthy behaviour and attitude, in line with our company culture
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
