We are an independent Subaru service, repair and diagnosis centre located in the Caringbah, who is dedicated to delivering a personalised service that is honest, transparent and of the highest professional standard. In just over 6 short years we have risen to become an industry leader as a Subaru repairer.

We are looking for a Junior Service Receptionist to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be starting on a 2-year traineeship (Certificate III Automotive Administration) and once completed we will work together to develop a personalised plan to assist you in your personal growth.

As you will be the first point of contact for our clients, you will need to be someone who thrives in a challenging, fast paced environment and is genuinely passionate about making people feel great.

The attributes we're looking for:

  • Committed, punctual, reliable and have a strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to follow instructions and take directions.
  • Genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry.
  • A good attitude with the ability to operate as part of a team as well as autonomously and achieve deadlines.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting all clients and associates in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls in a timely, professional and friendly manner.
  • Daily processing of paperwork.
  • General administration support duties.
  • Other duties and projects as directed.
