Linz Allied Rehab is a leading allied health rehabilitation centre, providing Exercise Physiology and soon to be Physiotherapy, and Occupational Therapy services to support people with neurological and falls risk patients. We are a leading site for integrating traditional evidence-based rehab with innovative technology to help our clients achieve their goals. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and exceptional client experiences in a welcoming environment.

We are currently seeking casual administration staff who are passionate about neurological rehab to join our team. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to our company culture and passion of helping neurological and falls risk patients realise their potential.

We run by the company ethos of "your goals, our mission" and are looking for employees with this mindset.

This role would benefit a 3rd or 4th year exercise physiology or physiotherapy student potentially looking to enter the field of neurological rehab.

About the Role

  • Provide front desk reception and greet clients in a friendly, professional manner

  • Manage phone, email, and appointment bookings

  • Process payments, Medicare, NDIS and HICAPS claims

  • Assist clinicians with administrative tasks and record management

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic

About You

  • Previous administration or reception experience (healthcare/NDIS knowledge highly regarded) however not essential

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Confident using computer systems and scheduling software

  • A friendly, approachable personality and commitment to excellent customer service
