About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a superstar **Administration Officer** who’s got a natural flair for making people feel comfortable, is a whiz with organisation, and doesn’t shy away from a bit of social media magic.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves variety, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and is looking for a workplace that values kindness _and_ competence in equal measure.

You’ll Be:

- Greeting clients with a warm smile
- Keeping everything running smoothly with appointment systems like **Halaxy**:

- Supporting our clinicians with admin and making sure the space is calm, clean, and ready for therapy
- Helping keep our **Instagram and Facebook** looking fresh with updates, stories, and community-friendly content

About You:

- You’re warm, approachable, and love a good chat with people from all walks of life
- Organisation is your middle name (or at least on your vision board)
- You’ve got admin experience - ideally in a health or allied health setting
- You’re comfortable using tech and picking up new systems (bonus if you know Halaxy)
- You’re confident using social media and know your way around a Canva post or Instagram story
- You’re a team player who brings good vibes and takes initiative
- Most importantlyyou’ll bring your authentic self, and help our clients feel safe and seen
