Supreme Care is a well established registered NDIS and Aged Care provider located in the Western Suburbs. We provide support to elderly and people with disability at their home and community. We keep customer focused service at core of our operations and all of our team members are driven to provide high quality service to our clients. We work in a team and value individual efforts in everyday achievements. We work with limited oversight and trust each other in making the right decision. The rostering officer is an important role that revolves around management of support workers. As a part of the team, you will contribute in achieving overall customer satisfaction goal. You will be working under Staffing and Rostering Team within the broader operations team, meanwhile getting tons of experience in multi functional areas. You need to be an effective team player, an organised individual and very good problem solver to excel in this position.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum Certificate IV in HR or Office administration or any relevant qualifications
- Any level of experience in rostering, Hiring, office administration or HR is preferable.
- Call Centre Experience
- Experience within disability/aged care industry will be valuable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, time management and work under pressure.
- Skilful in customer service and problem solving skill.
- Team player attitude with sense of responsibility.
- Must have Police Check.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and finalising periodic rosters.
- Answering calls from employees and sometimes from clients
- Liaise with care team and accounts team to ensure uninterrupted client service.
- Approving staff time sheet and liaison with payroll team.
- Assist team in staff fulfilment process
- Documentation and related office administration Tasks.
- Data Entry : Creating employee's profiles
- Managing employee's files
- Organising online training sessions for employees
