Our family-owned farming business is seeking an experienced and conscientious Administration Assistant to join our small, busy team. This position will be based in our office in Witta, approximately 10 minutes from Maleny. The role includes phone monitoring on alternate weekends and is a non-negotiable aspect of the role.
This role is perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, quick on their feet, a natural problem solver, and great at working with others.
About the role:
· Permanent, part-time: 30 hrs/week with the likelihood of increased hours as the business grows.
· Involves customer service, administrative support, and order co-ordination.
· Invoicing and creating weekly delivery schedules for weekend deliveries.
· Providing customers with friendly, professional advice on products
· Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of the company's products.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
1. Strong customer service skills with a keen eye for detail
2. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to stay focused in an ever-changing environment.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook
4. Experience with Xero is an advantage.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. A positive, professional attitude and enthusiasm for the role
7. The ability to work as part of a small team.
