This Operations coordinator role is for someone who is experienced in managing multiple mailboxes and data copying from and into various systems and spreadsheets.
- Previous experience in an operations or administration role is essential

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Manage various inboxes, responding to clients, problem solving, delegating to team members responsible for actions
- Data entry and updating documentation into the office integrated management system software & other online Systems
- Updating of staff documentation for all site transitions
- Documenting contract variations & staff variations for their portfolios
- Assisting with project scheduling & planning for client sites
- Preparing monthly client reports
- Assist with onboarding new clients and staff as directed
- Setting up new contract files using the company checklists
- This work requires following lots of different procedures and detailed manuals, you must be able to follow process and work to deadlines
- This role has a high component of data entry and working in multiple systems at one point in time, you must be speedy with typing, and technology
