**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Operation Coordination & Execution**
- Oversee the day-to-day coordination of multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Plan and allocate resources (workforce, materials, equipment) across various sites.
- Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with relevant hazardous area and electrical standards.
- Monitor progress, track key milestones, and report to the Operations Manager and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to avoid project delays.

**2. Compliance & Safety Management**
- Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations, site-specific requirements, and workplace health & safety protocols.
- Manage digital compliance tools and asset systems to keep records accurate and audit ready.
- Assist with site inspections and audits alongside HSEQ team members.

**3. Supplier & Logistics Coordination**
- Work with procurement and suppliers to manage the ordering and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely execution of field activities.
- Maintain inventory awareness and procurement schedules across projects.

**4. Team & Stakeholder Communication**
- Act as a key liaison between clients, site personnel, and internal departments.
- Provide regular updates to management and clients on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Work closely with field staff to support day-to-day site needs and resolve challenges quickly.

**5. Financial & Documentation Management**
- Monitor and track project costs, flagging any budget variances.
- Support with invoice preparation, project financial tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation, ensuring compliance and readiness for audits or client reviews.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in operation coordination, preferably within electrical, hazardous area, or industrial sectors.
- Understanding of EEHA compliance and Australian electrical standards (highly desirable).
- Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working across systems & digital platforms.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate several moving parts at once.

Pay: $5,800.00 - $6,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
