Commonwealth Government organisation seeking a Program Coordinator for 12 months in Tullamarine

**Your new company**
A Commonwealth organisation is recruiting a Program Coordinator for their Modernisation Program. This program seeks to deliver updates to operations and corporate networks.
The organisation is committed to business improvements by providing our customers with services they value, and embedding new ways of working and technology investments to further innovate and optimise.

**Your new role**
As part of the Modernisation Program you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the day-to-day coordination of the Modernisation Program
- Coordinating Program HR
- Financial Coordination of the project
- Coordinating monthly reporting and governance cycles
- Coordinate Program and Project information including processes and procedures
- Project delivery and reporting
- Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 5 years of PMO experience
- 5 years experience in program or project delivery
- Experience in organisation facilitation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Prince2 certification is desirable
