In this **Consultant Workforce Management role,**you will
- Provide a better experience for Customer and Colleague
- Lead and uplift Workforce Management services and improve productivity across the supported Business Unit
- Educate stakeholders about analytics and operational best practice
- Deliver accurate forecasting of Demand and the impacts to Business Unit performance
- Make recommendations on recruitment groups, size and timing in addition to future upskill requirements
- Manage contractual obligations of the Business Unit highlighting in advance potential penalties or deviations from the plan to Senior Leadership
- Proactively manage risk; meeting all policy and compliance requirements; performing controls; adhering to process and procedures; and escalating events, issues or breaches as they are identified
**What you will bring**:
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role ideally within Financial Services and/or Banking sectors
- Experience in Workforce Tools & Methodology
- Business Improvement & Business Process Re-Engineering
- Business Analysis & Problem Solving
- Long and Medium Term Contact Centre Demand forecasting and Resource Management
- Ability to blend and connect the right resources and ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to influence stakeholders from leads to executives
