As a Senior Consultant, Strategic Workforce Planning, you will be part of a growing Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) team that's building SWP capability throughout NAB. In this newly created role, you will partner with the business to develop workforce strategies that's doubling-down on our customer obsession ambitions.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
- Lead, in partnership with key stakeholders, the delivery of the end-to-end Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) process for the organisation.
- Develop workforce strategies that identify emerging and future workforce roles and skills NAB requires needs and deliver and manage implementation plans.
- Lead the continual improvement of the strategic workforce planning playbook and toolkits that address workforce challenges with a 5-year horizon to facilitate workforce strategy, action plans and support business decision making.
- Lead the development of workforce opportunity statement and scenario plans with Executives and create the required approach SWP data models, scenario planning models and forecasting models.
- Oversee the creation of SWP workshop content including workforce data and insights, diagnose required SWP tools and interventions for inclusion.
- Lead the facilitation workshops and interventions with executive teams focused on future workforce requirements vs current workforce state and develop action plans to close gaps.
- Translate complex workforce data into a format tailored to the appropriate audience providing actionable insights.
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Senior Consultant/Advisory role in Workforce Management and/or Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Proven workforce management and planning experience within a large complex, multi-regional organisation.
- Proven strategic workforce management experience within a large multi-national organisation.
- Solid understanding of strategic workforce planning processes and interventions, with the ability to translate and make actionable for business stakeholders.
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills, coupled with exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the proven ability to influence at an Executive level.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and simplify complexity and demonstrated resilience to push forward when met with resistance.
- Strong data modelling and forecasting experience while being synthesise complex, multi-layer data into actionable insights.
