**About the Role**

As a workforce planning manager, you will manage workforce data for the Victorian Operation, coordinate onboarding and offboarding timing and activities, and support teams with workforce management and planning to maximize Gallagher Bassett’s Performance.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing day to day workforce data for our Victorian workers compensation operation in order to provide strategic insight and reporting to the business and WorkSafe relating to staffing
- Analysing workforce trends and projections, and implementing remedial action to resolve issues
- Identifying and recommending strategies to improve workforce planning, including retention and attraction
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding activities of the business to support teams in an efficient and effective manner and to enhance the experience of new staff joining our team
- Supporting and overseeing the OHS requirements of the business with the under the support and direction of the OHS National Consultant
- Understanding the relevant financial results for the business unit and providing recommendations as to how the business and workforce planning can contribute to achieving a positive result
- Establishing and monitoring compliance and quality reviews of processes
- Promoting a focus on building and maintaining client relationships

**We’re interested in hearing from people who possess**:

- Previous workforce planning/management experience
- Data management, performance reporting and analytical skills
- Experience within a leadership and management position
- Workers compensation and/or other types of claims management experience within a leadership capacity is ideal, but not essential to your success
