**Your new company**
An exciting, commercially focused private sector company with offices in Southbank are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Workforce lanner to join their hard working, collaborative team.

**Your new role**
Joining a team of 5, you'll be responsible for driving the workforce planning of the electricity portfolio, deal with key stakeholders and develop workforce metrics to deliver workforce insights. There's also an opportunity to play a role in identifying new solutions and approaches that improve efficiency and accuracy.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Technical capability at a high level are essential combined with strong communication skills:

- Understanding workforce planning
- Understanding EBA's
- Have dealt with labour hire previously
