Business Management**:

- someone who is comfortable overseeing business operations.
- ** Team Management **- someone who can ensure personal and team KPI objects are consistently achieved.
- ** Strategic Prioritisation** **- someone who can identify areas that require focus and implement metrics to ensure success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Management and evaluations of team activities
- Construction of training management plans
- Construction of business strategy plans
- Ensure pipeline and delivery of company financial goals
- Team motivation through incentives and positive feedback
- Develops and implements budgets
- Reporting to management
- Ensure adequate resources available to staff to deliver work objectives

**Requirements**:
**What you will need to succeed**:

- Effective communication skills
- Sound technical knowledge/skills
- 5+ years experience in similar management role
- Experience with SaaS products (desirable)
- Exposure to WHS requirements (desirable)
- Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
- Supply copies of all educational qualifications
