**About CDK Stone**
CDK Stone is the one to beat in the premium natural stone arena. Importing high-quality natural slabs of marble, granite and travertine from the finest quarries worldwide, they have established themselves over the past forty years as an industry leader. With over 110 people across Australia who make up the CDK Stone family, they are opening their sixth showroom in Alexandria and want you in the drivers’ seat.

**About You**
- You have been developing your leadership style for a while now, whether formally in your job or in extracurricular activities. You strive to embody the qualities that you think make a great leader: empathy, collaboration, and an ability to deliver feedback that motivates your team.
- You have worked in customer service or sales so understand the importance of first impressions. You know it is the smallest details that can make the biggest difference. You go out of your way to make people feel comfortable and cared for.
- You are now ready to take on the challenge of leading a small team to success in customer experience and operational excellence.
- You are willing to lead by example, being a key consultant within the sales team
**About the Role**
Reporting to the State Stone Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day to day of the newly established Alexandria showroom, being the go-to person for the showroom consultants and showroom host for advice and escalations.
- Taking clients through the selection process, asking appropriate and relevant questions to customers to understand their tastes, styles, ideas, budget, and timelines to provide a tailored selection of natural stone products, to ensure they don’t feel overwhelmed by choice.
- Ensuring CDK’s customer experience standards are upheld at all times of showroom consultants and concierge to ensure clients feel welcomed, looked after and the showroom is immaculately presented.
- Identifying processes and interactions that may need improvement and communicating regularly with your manager on how to implement changes.
- You will utilise your sales experience to achieve great results personally and coach the sales team in the art of showcasing this spectacular high end natural product to clients
**Selection Criteria**
To be successful for this incredible opportunity you must have the following:
- Experience in sales
- Experience leading or managing a team
