**About Them**:
This leading Commercial Fit Out Construction company with decades of experience across the residential, commercial and industrial sector are seeking a switched on Learning & Development Manager. Having experienced some serious growth recently and with more to come, a senior L&D Manager is needed to work alongside the commercial leaders to roll out L&D strategies, implement strong training initiatives and create a seamless employee engagement program.

This role is quite varied and has a lot of scope, so someone who likes to be hands on and appreciates diversity will suit this role perfectly.

**Your Day to Day**:
Working along side the commercial leaders & finance department your role will be divided across HR Admin, Learning & Development & Training.
- Some of your responsibilities will look like the following:_

HR Admin
- Onboarding & offboarding via Employment Hero
- Review management (via EH - annual, probation, 3 month check in)
- Exit interviews
- Certification management
- Booking external training
- Immigration requirements
- KPI reporting
- Extract training requirements from all reviews and allocate/action
- Provide support to Managers in achieving recruitment program for apprentices, cadets and graduates
- Maintain training records and registers on all training including Go1

L&D/Training
- Improvements when it comes to company induction
- Systems training (e.g. Jobpac, Procore, Payapps, SignOnSite)
- Preparation and management of training schedules
- Assist in preparation and implementation of Training Strategy
- Provide training, co-ordinate Subject matter experts (SME) masterclasses
- Allocate training to all staff as required from the following by assigning on Go1 Training Platform or using External Providers
- Follow up on attendance, completion and re attendance if required
- In consultation with the BMS/WHS Manager, identify, review, plan and record training for workers including skills matrix
- Create and maintain training documentation (varied mediums)

**You'll Need**:

- highly desirable._ This role really is for someone who knows how to professionally push back, be creative and be a complete employee champion
