Ready to take on a thrilling new challenge in the world of financial services? Our dynamic financial services client is on the hunt for a Resourcing Specialist who is passionate about resourcing the best talent in the industry to join our team and take charge of our contracting desk.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all temporary and contract roles within the business, including both tech and non-tech requirements. You will work closely with partner agencies, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and ensure timely and quality of resourcing solutions.

**What you will be doing**:

- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide high-quality resourcing solutions.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring that we are receiving the best value for money.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, legislation, and regulations in relation to recruitment and resourcing.
- Keep up to date with market trends and best practices and use this knowledge to continually improve our resourcing processes.

**Who are you?**:

- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a resourcing or staffing agency environment
- Strong knowledge of the contracting and temporary recruitment market, including relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
