Due to huge demand from our clients, we are growing our business and looking to add a Recruitment Resourcer to our team, based in Sydney.

**The Role**

Help innovative start-ups find the people they need to grow. Help some of the biggest names in engineering and design find the talent they need to continue to dominate the market. Work with some of the most cutting-edge clients - including those revolutionising medical technology, leading the charge on green energy - to help them meet their business objectives. You'll discover the very best talent in the market for our clients.

You'll be responsible for sourcing talent for specialist roles across a portfolio of clients. You'll need to understand the type of business they are and how people will flourish in their new roles with them. The market for talent is fierce - you'll be great at understanding what types of skills, experience and cultural fit is required for someone to succeed in a new role with a client.

You'll know your technical director from your systems engineer, and your mechanical engineer from your industrial designer. You'll have an aptitude for working with the brightest in design and technology - understanding what makes them tick and how they add such value to the roles they're seeking to fill with our clients.
