**The Role**

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Staff Augmentation team.

This is a strategic role in which you will working closely with our BDMs, Account Managers, Resource Manager and Talent Specialist to assist in delivering specific contract resources to our customers.

You will also be required to interview, technical test and reference check contyractors and place them into talent pools.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify future skills, job types or requirements and source accordingly
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and execute on those strategies
- Filter CV’s, conduct 1st stage interviews (phone or face to face)
- Utilise our technology stack to perform reference checking and police checking where necessary
- Perform regular database cleansing to assist with updating talent pools

**What experience you will bring to the team**:

- Minimum 1 years' experience in recruitment / resourcing role OR a strong desire to enter the recruitment industry with a background in customer service or sales.
- Possess a strong sense of urgency and be self-motivated
- Proven ability to work autonomously
- Must be a results driven individual and customer focused
- Proven ability to multi task and prioritise workload
- Social media sourcing knowledge and a strong network in IT is highly desirable
