- Contributing to the development and implementation of the unit's workforce and operational business plans
- Managing the team's budget, including developing, and contributing to, funding strategies and budget submissions.

Furthermore, you will have high level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people including senior business and technical stakeholders to make decisions in addition to proven ability to lead, manage and mentor a team at strategic and operational levels in the integrated operation of complex enterprise information systems to achieve defined service levels.
