We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee a team of field service technicians across various industries. As a Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily service operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving results.

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a service environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in heavy machinery, construction equipment, and material handling.
- Excellent customer communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Confident in handling conflict and resolving issues calmly and effectively.
- Safety-focused, organized, and able to manage a fast-paced workload.
- Trade qualification (mechanical / electrical) is highly regarded.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
