**Full-time position**

**Responsibilities**
- Process daily prepayments efficiently.
- Communicate daily with the team, including colleagues from overseas.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers and verify payment accuracy.
- Credit card transaction records.
- Assist the Financial Controller in reconciling credit card statements for any discrepancies.
- Maintain records of invoices received from suppliers.
- Perform basic data entry and assist with Accounts Payable tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese/Mandarin is essential.
- Excellent patience and proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Must have a diligent and responsible work ethic, with a keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable is preferred but not mandatory; the company will provide training.
