This role is responsible for the accurate processing of music usage including the timely distribution of invoices to client s. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who possess strong time management and attention to detail.

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:

- Processing of annual music use reviews and adjustments to generate an invoice
- Updating client details in system, and ensuring all required information is contained on licence agreements received from OneMusic Australia representatives.
- Assisting with other Licence Administration team functions as required.
- Provide weekly/monthly processing statistics for the Processing Team

**Skills and Experience:
- Strong data entry ability and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and careful, methodical approach to work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Internet research skills
- Sound computer skills and knowledge
- Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office Suite
