Board Australia is looking for a results-driven **Regional Sales Manager **to join our team as part of our continued expansion in Asia Pacific. This is a face-to-face Melbourne-based role.
**Main duties**:
- Meet sales targets within your assigned territory
- Manage and own the full sales cycle, including prospecting and qualification, contract negotiations, and closing business
- Coordinate lead generation, lead qualification and pipeline management for your territory for leads provided by Marketing, Business Development, Partners and your own out-bounding efforts.
- Work effectively in a team environment to maximize the business’ revenue and ensure customer success and retention, through strong customer relationships
- Understand the functions and features of our solution and what makes us stand out from the competition
**What we look for**:
- 10+ years’ experience in Enterprise Software/Subscription sales
- CPM, IBP and Analytics sales experience or platform knowledge
- Strong experience in building and developing a new territory, within agreed industry sectors, to capture and retain new, full life-cycle enterprise business and build brand equity via successful whitespace mapping and sales execution
- Familiarity with Accounting and/or Financial (viz: Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting) and Supply Chain/IBP concepts and processes
- A highly motivated self-starter who works well within a strong team culture while independently managing his/her own work
- Transparent and accountable operating style (proficiency in Salesforce and similar productivity tools required)
- Dedication to the art and science of selling, preferably with MEDDIC (or similar) method experience
- Exemplary communication and presentation skills
- Relevant Bachelor level qualification is preferred
