**Maintenance Coordinator**
**Greenbushes Lithium Operation**

Residential Full Time Position

Talison Lithium aims to maximise local employment where possible by recruiting people who live in and around

our local communities of Greenbushes, Bridgetown, Donnybrook, Nannup, Boyup Brook and Manjimup.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, this is a permanent full-time position working a 12-hour day on an

statutory regulations, repair and maintain all company owned fixed plant equipment and recruit, develop and

manage the plant mechanical maintenance team.

**Responsibilities include**:

- suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency;
- ensure that cost effective maintenance is achieved by deriving and implementing the most appropriate

maintenance and replacement options;
- recruitment, deployment, and performance of staff within established levels and approved procedures;
- inspect facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service, equipment and personnel required;
- assign workers to duties such as maintenance, repair, or renovation and obtain bids for additional work from

outside contractors; and
- report on maintenance activities and KPI results.
- trade certificate or equivalent;
- minimum of 5 years post trade experience in mineral processing industry;
- proven problem solving, team development and facilitation skills;
- knowledge and experience of computerised maintenance management systems and planning;
- exposure to safety management and safety performance systems;
- must have experience in budgeting and cost control systems;
- familiar with PC driven software; and
- a team-focused approach with excellent cross-discipline communication skills.
