Work closely with our procurement team in managing across the fleet, taking charge of procurement, as well as contractor and stakeholder management.

**About the Role**:
As a Maintenance Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating associated supply chain to ensure asset supply is at optimum level for planned and reactive asset maintenance activities. optimising vehicle operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing costs efficiently for a mobile fleet, encompassing maintenance planning and execution, routing, driver management, and regulatory adherence.
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day HME and Mobile Fleet operations to ensure efficiency and optimal asset utilisation.
- Implement strategies to control and reduce fleet-related costs while maximising budgetary efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, implementing safety protocols to minimise risks and accidents.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, preparing and presenting regular reports on performance, costs, and compliance.

**This role will be responsible for**:

- Develop and manage Zero-Based Budgets for sites and facilities to minimise downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Reviewing and Approving maintenance schedules and ensure that daily and weekly asset maintenance activities align with long-term department plans.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, maintenance providers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and maintenance, to achieve overall organisational goals.

**Requirements**:
We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator with:

- Ideally, 2-3 years in Maintenance Coordination or a related field.
- Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Trade Certificate preferred.
- Experience in the Mobile Maintenance space.
