Maintenance Coordinator - Crown Perth
- We are seeking a suitably qualified individual to take on the role of Maintenance Coordinator in our busy and reputable Property Services Department on a Full Time Contract.
- Reporting to the Building Services Manager this role will be responsible for planning, scheduling and allocating the service and repairs of plant and equipment through the BEIMS system. You will assist with the operation of all engineering plant and equipment on the complex by providing first class service on equipment for breakdown and maintenance services.
- Key Responsibilities of the role include:

- Manages the BEIMS systems proactively by assigning work orders for reactive & preventative maintenance
- Co-ordinate the daily maintenance as required for the in-house engineering team and contractors
- Contractor management including overseeing contractor visits and agreement schedules
- Manage & update the Crown Perth Property Services asset lists
- Carry out regular inspections ensuring all work is carried out to a five star standard throughout the complex
- Be a key liaison in the business for any BEIMS related queries and training requirements
- Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety principles in order to ensure OH&S standards in the workplace
- Contribute to the reduction of operating costs through preventative maintenance practices and production of ad-hoc financial reports
- Manage and add to a document library all service and maintenance records for viewing by external auditors for compliance purposes
- To be considered for this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:

- 3-5 years experience within a similar scheduled maintenance role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders
- Previous contractor management experience
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines whilst coordinating several tasks at once
- Demonstrable experience in the use MS Office in particular Word and Excel
- Experience with BEIMS or a similar planned maintenance software system
