Established in 2008, Proquip prides itself on providing the most up-to-date fleet in the industry and delivering an unparalleled customer service experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle incoming phone enquiries for machinery hire.
- Match customer hire requirements to available machinery.
- Process bookings for Machinery hire
- Proactively make outbound phone calls to existing and potential clients.
- Calculate transport costs and timing for machinery delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the machinery or hire industry is highly desirable.
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hunger for sales and willingness to follow established processes.
- Energetic & Excellent customer service skills.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
