Based in Kewdale, our reputable client is a West Australian owned filter company with a focus on sourcing and distributing quality filters to the agricultural, mining, oil & gas, aviation, industrial and marine sectors. **Who You Are**:
You will describe yourself as an enthusiastic Parts Interrupter / Sales Officer with a drive to drive to learn and progress with their career. You pride yourself on your great attitude and high work ethic and thrive in a role that embraces and encourages your initiative and ability to get the job done. You prefer a hands-on role and perform well in teams.

**The Opportunity**:
Your main objective will be to ascertain and understand a client’s requirements to source a solution quickly and effectively so our customers can get the most from our services.

**Working Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm, your main duties will include**:

- Speaking with customers to accurately identify parts required
- Managing the quote to order process from end to end
- Pick and packing of customer orders
- Identifying new products that support our business and our customers &
- Provide administration support throughout the sales process.

**To be considered for this great role you will have**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is desired
- Experience in a Parts / Sales role is advantageous
- A willingness to learn our products and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to a wide variety of people
- Comfortable with technology coupled with competent computer skills &
- Be able to manage and prioritize workflow during the busy periods.
