We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our close knit team at our Perth Branch in Kewdale. Reporting directly to the Branch Administration Supervisor, the position is an integral part of the Sales Department and includes all aspects of the Toyota Material Handling sales coordinating process.

**The role is primarily responsible for**:

- Accurately performing all tasks involved from when an order is received by the TMHA Sales Staff, until when the machine is delivered.
- Providing assistance to Area Sales Managers, including assisting with reports and forecasts
- Ensure all business transactions comply with terms and conditions
- Process, update and maintain new orders using the M3 system
- Provide internal and external customers with prompt responses
- Handling sales enquiries when required.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Excellent administration skills and data accuracy
- Excellent computer skills - Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
- Ability to meet regular deadlines, both internally and externally
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and the role demands
- Self motivated
- Sound customer service skills and phone manner, with the ability to maintain a professional and courteous manner with clients at all times
