The Company:
This highly reputable Asset Finance Broker have grown significantly in the last 4 years and are currently the largest in Australia by volume of business they are doing.

With only 4 years in operation, they have grown their organisation from just 3 people to over 100 and also outdone their biggest competition.

Having structured a very unique and successful business model, these guys are looking at continued and rapid expansion throughout the Australian marketplace and are once again expanding their team.

The Role:
In your first month you will be put through what they call "The Academy" where you'll receive intensive training, all the tools, and the support you need to perform as a professional deal closer in asset finance.

With the support of a the Settlements Team, Lead Gen Team and the Credit Analyst Team, you will be given deals ready to close, your sole focus will be closing the deals and maintaining the customer relationships for repeat business.

Not one of their Brokers have ever missed target so you’ll be a part of a high performing, highly rewarded team, with an opportunity to take it as far as your ambition desires.

With ongoing mentorship from the industries best, you will be set up for complete success as an Asset Finance Broker and one of the best closers in Australia.

We’re looking for sales people with:

- 1-3 years sales experience in any B2B field - could be prospecting, teles sales, lead generation, account/relationship management or full end to end
- Have to have been in the work force full time for at least 3 years
- Ability to understand all kinds of people and be able to adapt accordingly
- Resilient character and hungry to build a lucrative income
- Ability to learn and be mentored
- High level of EQ
- High level Business acumen
- Finance/Business/Commerce degrees highly regarded but not essential
- Experience in the construction or civil industry would be a bonus
