About Us

At The Asset Finance Shop, we specialise in helping Australian businesses access the finance they need to acquire trucks, trailers, machinery, and equipment. Our team works closely with clients to structure the right finance solutions while delivering outstanding service.

We're growing and looking for a driven and ambitious finance graduate who wants to kick-start their career in a fast-paced, supportive environment where they can learn from experienced professionals and make an immediate impact.


About the Role

As a Finance Graduate, you'll:

  • Assist brokers in preparing finance applications for lenders and clients
  • Conduct financial reviews and assist with structuring deals
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and dealerships to coordinate paperwork and approvals
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Help maintain accurate records and support reporting processes
  • Contribute to team projects aimed at improving client service and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a recent graduate who is:

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eager to learn and develop their understanding of asset finance
  • An excellent communicator who is confident dealing with clients and stakeholders
  • Organised and proactive, able to manage competing priorities
  • Interested in pursuing a career in financial services or commercial lending

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recent completion of a university degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field
  • Basic understanding of financial statements and lending principles (preferred, but not essential—training provided)
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and digital tools
