Due to increased volume of support required for our ever-growing eCommerce Portals landscape, we have an amazing permanent opportunity for an **eCommerce Support Analyst** who will be supporting day-to-day activities across the eCommerce Portals Operations Team.

The eCommerce Support Analyst will be responsible for providing Quality eCommerce Portal issue management, maintaining the eCommerce Portals availability, Patch Releases, Portal Vulnerability fixes., You will be working on an On-Call Support Roster with other team members to ensure customer support.

**What you’ll do**
- Ability to drive a positive, collaborative & customer-oriented culture within the wider eCommerce Portal Operations Team and building strong stakeholder relationships with other relevant IT & Business Teams as when required.
- Supporting the eCommerce solutions based strategic platforms - Convenience, C-Store, AutoCT, IgaSHOP. Legacy Portals - Java & ColdFusion technology (ALM Portal, MIP, Key Retail, Driver Induction, Legacy Cross Dock System and various Marketing websites).
- Ability to support with testing and quality control for any new developments in eCommerce Portals
- Understanding in the use of Agile principles and practices across the Metcash IT group, e.g. Kanban, Scrums, Sprint Planning, Product Demonstrations, etc.
- Ability to handle Quality Incident Management of eCommerce Portal Issues and ensuring end users are kept informed in resolving incidents and problems.

**What you’ll bring**
- Proven experience in supporting functional Retail, Wholesale or FMCG solutions
- Demonstrated experience working with a variety of technical architectures and platforms
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications - e.g. Information Technology, Business/Commerce will be highly preferable.
- Participation in multiple eCommerce implementations that involved integrating business process, business rules and business data with technology will be highly preferable.
- Relevant experience working within the Agile methodology and can actively participate in complex problem-solving processes and support business decision making.
