**Your New Role**:
As the IT Support Analyst, you will be a trusted pair of hands to deal with IT issues as they present to the IT Service Desk. You’ll also be responsible for managing, installing, troubleshooting existing ICT systems within Better Rehab, including but not limited to Computer and Mobile hardware, Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, Networks, Printers etc. As an exceptional IT professional, you will work with other IT staff, operation, and clinical staff to ensure our IT systems run smoothly. We have offices spread over 20 offices across six states in Australia. Your job role will require occasional intrastate and interstate travel as required to support office infrastructure.
**At Better Rehab, no two days are the same, though a typical day may involve**:
- Providing technical support remotely or in-person to our employees on ICT issues and requests through our internal IT Service Desk
- Setting up, managing and offboarding user accounts on ICT systems working closely with the HR and other staff
- Ensuring company ICT assets are accounted for, deployed, maintained, upgraded, shipped, and disposed of as per the IT Asset Management policy
- Managing system administration tasks on our ICT system, including Microsoft O365, Salesforce and other ICT systems
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting ICT equipment, including but not limited to computers, phones, routers, and network switches
- Testing and working on ad-hoc projects on existing or new technologies
- Training other staff on new technology or process
**What We Are Looking For**:
- All round technical knowledge to provide remote or in person ICT support
- Microsoft System administrator experience which includes Microsoft Intune, Exchange Admin, Azure AD.
- Experience supporting Microsoft products including Windows 10, Microsoft O365 apps.
- Prior administration knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM tool is highly desirable
- Have prior experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer networks
- Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly to gain experience in installation, implementation, administration, and support of new technologies
- Commitment to customer satisfaction.
- You will be self-directed, have excellent time management skills and ability to priorities competing commitments
- Current drivers’ licence and willingness to travel intrastate and interstate as required.
- Openness to occasional shift based rostering (only Australian time-zones)
- Tertiary qualifications in information technology or computer science is highly desirable
- Working with Children Check and National Police Check
