Due to our continued growth, Viva Property is looking for a Sales Assistant to join us. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for Real Estate Sales to join the team. You will be working alongside our Sales Manager.

If you've had previous sales (or customer service) experience in either real estate or retail, we would like to hear from you.

As a Sales Assistant, you will initially support our Sales Manager, and at the same time be trained to become a sales agent.

Your initial day-to-day activities will include:

- Prepare listing and presentation materials
- Prepare new listings paperwork
- Complete new listings & follow-up activities
- Open For Inspection - preparation
- Conduct Open For Inspection
- Follow ups
- Database management
- Administrative tasks as required

Your qualification
- Agents Representative (or be able to obtain one ASAP);
- Previous real estate sales experience is desirable but not essential;
- A strong background in sales is essential;
- Previous sales experience experience in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong stakeholder management experience desirable;
- Self-awareness;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of organisational skills;
- Excellent time management skills and prioritisation of workload;
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to use your initiative;
- Commercial acumen;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Ability to work within a team environment;
- Clear National Police Check;
- Highly computer literate especially across the Microsoft Office suite;
- Possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
