**About the Role**

We’re on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive **Real Estate Administrator** to support the smooth operation of our property services. This is a key role for someone who enjoys being the go-to person, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within a supportive and dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and trade services
- Respond to enquiries from tenants, landlords, and real estate partners
- Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and service reports
- Maintain compliance documentation and up-to-date client records
- Upload and monitor bills, including rent arrears tracking
- Coordinate key collection and handovers
- Support marketing and communication activities as required
- Assist with internal projects and process improvements

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Previous experience in real estate, property services, or administrative roles (advantageous but not essential)
- A team-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
