**Your new role**

An established growing Technology Services Provider is looking for a Sydney based IT Support Level 2 team member to get involved across a variety of support and delivery initiatives.

**This is not your normal Level 2 support role. This company is looking for a highly motivated, technical professional to be bold, want to take responsibility, want to learn and grow with them.**

This role will utilise and build on all your L2 support skills and have you working on exciting and varied projects within a dynamic IT Consultancy Company.

They provide services to clients in the delivery of Storage Area Networks, Virtualisation, Data Management, Software Applications, SaaS, Networking, Security, Backup, Cloud Computing and Data Centre Services.

**Key responsibilities**
- Work with a project delivery team across varied projects and supporting consultancy service delivery activities
- Deliver quality support using a variety of tools
- Cloud technologies (MS and/or other)
- Software installations
- Configuration of hardware and software
- Network troubleshooting and fault finding

**Skills & Experience**
- Ideally 2+ years in an internal or external IT support role where you can demonstrate support experiences across diverse and at times complex client/infrastructure environments
- A1 communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Stack
- Knowledge of Windows Servers, Exchange, AD etc
- Some exposure with Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMWare or other)
- Ideally exposure to Routing/Firewalls, Switches
- Exposure to Backup & Recovery systems
- Exposure to the below is not required but desirable:

- Citrix
- NetApp
- C3
- SQL
