Tasks
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues at the user's location.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Respond to user inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document and track issues and resolutions in the company's ticketing system, escalating more complex issues to higher-level support as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a similar IT support role, preferably within the technology or information services industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
