We're growing fast and we need a
Sales Executive who's hungry, relentless, and thrives on the chase.
The Role
This is a
hands-on sales role
where activity equals results. We're looking for someone who's not afraid to pick up the phone, send the email, or network their way into a room to spark conversations and win new clients.
You'll be driving new business across Australia and New Zealand, turning leads into long-term partnerships, and putting Ayora on the map as the go-to for AI & tech recruitment.
Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Hitting the phones daily to connect with decision-makers.
- Sending high-quality outreach emails and follow-ups that get responses.
- Actively networking online and in person to build a pipeline of prospects.
- Pitching Ayora's services to founders, executives, and HR leaders.
- Owning the full sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing.
- Collaborating with our Talent Acquisition team to deliver solutions that impress clients.
- Smashing activity and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- You
love
being on the phone, pitching, and winning business. - 2–4+ years of B2B sales experience (recruitment, SaaS, or professional services ideal).
- A natural networker who knows how to get people's interest fast.
- Self-driven and resilient - you don't wait for leads, you create them.
- Strong written and verbal communication, sharp emails, confident calls, compelling presentations.
- Curiosity about AI and tech (we'll teach you the rest).
