**The Company**:
Our client is a leading Australian owned IT company helping small-medium sized companies

**Your New Role**:
A leading provider of managed services and business transformation operating within IT Security and Compliance are searching for a motivated and passionate Level 2 team member to join their business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day support and operations for clients ensuring premium service levels are maintained, systems are secured, and the client’s compliance requirements are met
- Providing 2nd level end user support via occasional on site and remote
- MUST have strong Office 365
- Liaise with vendors and third parties
- Undertake project work and assist with client security and compliance audits
- Onsite presence at client sites when required
- Provide end user training for new starters and system upgrades, as well as perform desktop and laptop remedies

**Essential Skills & About you**:

- 2 years + experience troubleshooting support issues (MSP preferred)
- Strong exposure to Microsoft Stack (Specifically Office 365) - Please demonstrate knowledge and experience on Resume
- A desire and to up-skill and continuously learn all aspects of cloud, security, compliance, and infrastructure technologies
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative, ownership, and accountability to follow all processes within the business
