**About Us**

This window coverings manufacturer based in Marrickville provide a variety of internal and external blinds and curtain systems to the residential and commercial Architectural & Building industry i.e.: local or state government, hospitality, architects, designers, specifiers, developers, builders etc.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the sales strategy, providing technical support and converting commercial leads within the window furnishings industry. A strong commercial partnership base of developers, builders, construction, architects, interior designers, specifiers promoting your product range of curtain hardware systems around Sydney metropolitan and regional NSW.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with existing dealers, interstate salespeople and new customers
- Promote your products range of curtain hardware systems around NSW
- Provide technical support to resolve queries in a constructive manner
- Achieve sales targets and KPI's while ensuring the highest level of customer service
- Implement and negotiate sales strategies to increase revenue of your territory
- Ensure ongoing & reliable customer satisfaction through time management
- Understand manufacturing processes to ensure consistency across the business
- Advise on competitors, market activity and industry trends

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Previous experience with custom made curtains, drapery, tracks, or window coverings
- Consult and engage at all levels of the business to build and develop appropriate solutions
- Negotiate, prepare, and present sales plans, strategies, and forecasting
- Create, meet, and exceed sales targets, with an emphasis on business growth
- Demonstrate experience in working with customers from inception through to delivery

A background in interior design, high end retail, home furnishings, window coverings, building products, construction or office fit outs would be highly regarded.
