We are now seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to join our leadership team — someone who brings experience, warmth, and an innate ability to create order, inspire others, and keep our dynamic business moving forward.

Your Role – Making Every Day Count

You'll take responsibility for:

  • Strategic Support: Assisting our Directors in the management and development of the business, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Team & Operations Oversight: Providing guidance and support to our sales, administration, and marketing teams, ensuring seamless and compliant operations across all departments.
  • Project Management: Coordinating key business projects that drive growth, innovation, and efficiency in addition to event planning as we celebrate and recognise our teams success.
  • Human Resources: Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance support as we continue to grow our high-performing team.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in real estate (essential)
  • A current Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Property
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Confidence using CRM systems and an understanding of digital trends and proptech
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for people and culture

The Details

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, in-office position based in our Docklands office. You'll report directly to our Directors, have extended support from a part-time Operations Assistant and play a vital role in supporting our growing, high-performing team.
