**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **switched-on Office Administrator** to support our project office in the heart of the CBD. This role is ideal for someone with strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and a knack for organisation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee office coordination and facilities management
- Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager
- Manage the Project Manager’s calendar and schedule appointments
- Book meetings and take minutes as required
**About You**:
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Prior experience in office administration or coordination is preferred
