Your New Role

As a Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating client services through effective roster management and clear communication. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and support workers, manage remote after-hours coordination duties, and ensure service delivery aligns with client needs. Your role also includes liaising with families, case managers, and internal teams, identifying risks, and supporting safe work practices.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Experience using Visual Care software
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage rosters and respond to service needs after hours
  • A proactive approach to risk identification and resolution
  • Understanding of compliance, auditing, and quality assurance processes
