About the role

We have an opportunity for a Change Specialist  to be part of our Organisational Change team, Workforce Relations & Reform, People & Capability Command team. The Change Specialist co-ordinates the review,quality assurance and formal evaluation process for role descriptions for admin and police positions. The role works collaboratively within the Organisational Change team to undertake and implement processes associated with role description approvals and reform/change activities.
