**The Organisation**
This national business is an exciting and evolving business within the entertainment space. Due to changes within the business, an opportunity has emerged for a HRIS professional to assist with a large-scale HRIS change project.

**The Role**
Reporting directly to the programme director and working within a large team of highly successful HR professionals, you will be part of an HR project systems team that is currently in the process of rolling out workday nationally. You will act as the main representative between stakeholders and vendors for this system design and implementation project. You will work with key stakeholders to identify improvements and enhancements to the HRIS. In partnership with the HR programme director, you will work to ensure the systems is fit for purpose and constantly evolving in line with the business plan.

**The Criteria**
To succeed in this role, you will have excellent experience with various HRIS including but not limited to Workday and Kronos. You will be a confident project manager with experience supporting transformational change projects. Ideally, you will have worked in a large and complex matrix organisation and developed strong stakeholder management skills.
You must be available at short notice to be considered for this role.
