Are you a skilled leader with a talent for fostering collaboration and driving operational success? Hendersons, a leading provider of educational services, is seeking a dedicated **Liaison Manager** to oversee a dynamic team and ensure teachers, managers, and students are supported in achieving excellence.

In this critical role, you’ll lead a team to empower teachers to deliver exceptional educational experiences and managers to create outstanding learning materials. By managing processes, optimizing workflows, and providing actionable insights, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving student success in exam preparation and selective entry outcomes.

**What You’ll Do**

As our Liaison Manager, you will:

- **Champion Our Mission and Values**: Promote and embody Hendersons' Vision, Mission, and Values in all actions and leadership decisions.
- **Drive Organisational Insights and Knowledge Management**: Manage data to provide actionable insights and lead a comprehensive knowledge management strategy to enhance student outcomes.
- **Foster Collaboration and Leadership**: Mentor and lead a dedicated team, ensuring they deliver exceptional support to teachers, managers, and students.
- **Optimize Resources and Processes**: Oversee resource management, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies, standards, and procedures.
- **Coordinate Critical Operations**: Manage teacher allocations, coordinate practice exams, and resolve customer complaints while maintaining high standards of service.
- **Build Relationships**: Develop strong collaborative relationships with management, teachers, students, parents, and external partners.

**What We’re Looking For**

To thrive in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRMs or database management.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships.

Salary $74,000 plus super

Pay: From $74,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
